What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiry form on it.
If you are a paying client, the service you are paying for is governed by the service agreement you signed, not by this page. Where the two say different things, the signed agreement wins.
Using this site
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at volume, or use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.
The enquiry form
What you submit through the form comes to me directly. I use it to reply to you about your enquiry and for nothing else. I do not sell it and I do not add you to a marketing list.
What happens to that information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
What is on this site is not advice, and not an offer
The site describes what I do in general terms. It is not professional advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as though it were.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of being accepted. Services, inclusions and prices described here can change, and become binding only when they are written into a signed service agreement.
Availability
I will keep the site running and correct as best I reasonably can, but I do not guarantee it is always available, always current, or free of errors.
Who owns what is on it
The design, wording, images and code on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Anything you send me through the form stays yours.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not under my control and I am not responsible for what is on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where I am permitted to limit my liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, that liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
